The Growth Strategy and Development team, serves as the external face of Teach For All; it facilitates the network’s growth through building high-impact relationships with prospective partners (e.g. aspiring entrepreneurs seeking to adapt the Teach For All model to their countries’ contexts,  and donors – champions of Teach For All who contribute to the organization’s $18.5 million goal in 2013).  Two openings --

Senior Director of East Asia - Pacific (Hong Kong preferred, Flexible) 

The Senior Director, Regional Growth Strategy & Development for East Asia - Pacific, will be critical to Teach For All’s expansion across the region. He/she will be responsible for building stakeholders’ understanding of and support for Teach For All’s model across East Asia - Pacific, supporting social entrepreneurs who are at the early stages of pursuing the development of this model, and securing the funding necessary for Teach For All’s support of all partner organizations in the region. The ideal candidate will deeply understand both Teach For All’s theory of change and the local context, and be a strategic and analytical visionary with proven success fundraising, especially in a start-up environment or in the region. Senior Director of Latin America (Flexible; Latin America preferred)

Other important senior-level opportunities within the organization --

Vice President, Public Affairs: We’re also seeking a Vice President to lead Teach For All’s expanding public affairs team and to establish and lead the strategy and implementation of Teach For All’s brand, communications, public and media relations and strategic partnerships. This person will also serve as a member of the senior leadership team.

Senior Director, Public & Private Sector Support: We are also seeking a Senior Director, Public & Private Sector Support for the Network Support team of Teach For All, who will serve as a resource to CEOs and local staff of Teach For All’s country partners as they seek to build the private and public sector support necessary to sustain and grow their organizations.

Both of these roles have flexible locations, with a preference for London, New York, or Washington, DC.
